Our clinic is family owned, fast paced, we are growing quickly, and there is never a dull moment!
Our founder is a nationally recognized pain management doctor who is passionate about education and innovation. We love cross training people and encourage staff to tell us when they find an interest at work so we can press them closer to that niche. We have a research department based out of our flagship office in Santa Rosa, who work largely on finding ways to eliminate pain through intervention rather than opioid use.
The culture is lively, and the core team has been together throughout the pandemic so we are a small and tight knit bunch who have worked closely for a while, now we are ready to invite more supporting staff into our office.
We are always open to teaching, guiding, growing and researching answers together. We support the idea that if you don't know something- say it- and we will find the answer together.
