What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at Evolytics?
We are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to the HR & Recruiting team, to contribute to two of our most important initiatives: our people, and our growth! This Technical Recruiter will both work on current priority openings, as well as help determine future hiring needs that align with our growth plan, ultimately ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for the future.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers across the company to understand current and future needs and collaboratively create job descriptions
- Source and recruit passive and diverse candidates via multiple sources, including job boards, social media sites, etc.
- Review candidate resumes and applications, conduct screening calls to determine fit, and manage recruitment process from beginning to end
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Build relationships with various universities and boot camps
- Assist with other HR-related work as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of heavy technical or analytics recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
OTHER EXPERIENCE THAT IS HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Marketing analytics knowledge
- Consulting or agency experience
