Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing front office personnel, successful implementation of key processes, adherence to organizational policy and procedures, and delivering legendary customer service for a physical therapy and wellness practice. Reports directly to facility director.
Accountable for:
- Operational Excellence: ensures team adheres to organizational processes and continually incorporates quality improvement activities to update/improve key processes. Key areas of focus include billing, collections, benefits, scheduling, and marketing and sales initiatives.
- Customer Service: accountable for team delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions (phone, email, in-person).
