Fulfillment Operator

We are looking for a Fulfillment Operator to support ourclients’ warehouse operations in Foothill Ranch, CA. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensuretimely delivery to our customers.

The Fulfillment Operator will workcollaboratively with the warehouse team to meet productivity goals whilemaintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Pay Rate : $17 / hour
• Shift1 : Monday-Saturday, 6AM-2 : 30PM OR 7AM-3 : 30PM (Flexibility required!)
• Shift2 : Sunday-Friday, 6AM-2 : 30PM OR 7AM-3 : 30PM (Flexibility required!)
• Temp-to-Hire based on performance,attitude, and attendance!

Responsibilities :

• Pick and pack orders accurately according tocompany standards and procedures.
• Utilize warehouse equipment, such as palletjacks and forklifts, to move and organize inventory.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensurethey meet customer specifications.
• Prepare shipments for outbound transportation,including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environmentto ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dailyproductivity targets and meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures toprevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts asneeded.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors andteam members to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations ororder fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such aspallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy inpicking and packing orders.
• Excellent organizational and time managementskills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part ofa team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity withwarehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
