What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Staff position at Exact Staff?

We are currently looking for customer focused Front Desk Agents and Housekeepers to help our local hotels prepare for the busy summer season!
- Location : Albany, OR
- Pay : $14.50 - $15.50, depending on experience
- Shift : Must be flexible to work all shifts as well as weekends and holidays. Shifts range from hours per week.
Housekeeping :
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and assist guests with various inquiries, requests, etc.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and physically lift and / or push up to 30 lbs.
- Maintain a positive, customer focused attitude.
- Be flexible to perform additional projects and tasks as needed.
- Cleaning / housekeeping experience is required, within a hospitality environment is a plus.
Front Desk :
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Check guests in and out of hotel.
- Manage reservations and respond to inquiries.
- Previous customer service experience is required, within a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Basic computer and administrative skills as well as proficiency with office equipment and phone lines needed.
