General Summary
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of large to mid-size health plan partnerships. Post initial implementation activities will include driving key initiatives such as adoption of referral processes for a consistent volume of referrals, partnership expansions and contract renewals. You will also serve as an advocate for the partnership portfolio, providing any resources or guidance the partnership may need. In having ownership over the success of the partnership portfolio, it will be your duty to report key performance indicators in an impactful manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Health plan relationship management
- Serving as a point of contact post implementation
- Program oversight and optimization
- Reporting delivery and support
- Compliance and delegation deadline oversight
- Client support & issue management
- Quarterly review of client based KPIs
- Expansion opportunities within existing client relationship
- List management oversight & refresh management
- Contract Management and Delivery of Services
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong healthcare knowledge.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Working knowledge of partnering with healthcare providers.
- Strong communication skills in a customer-centric culture.
- Ability to understand and communicate client metrics and ROI.
- Very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast and fluid environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certified Customer Experience Professional, preferred
- Healthcare industry experience, specifically working with health plan clientele
- Salesforce/CRM experience
