Job Posting for Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Examinetics. Inc.
Purpose:
This position will be responsible that complete, intact, and working necessary supplies and equipment are prepared to achieve customer requirements. The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will also be required to communicate with pertinent employees, vendors, and clients to ensure the delivery of supplies and equipment accurately and timely.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate with the scheduling department and field employees to deliver equipment and supplies to field personnel.
Track, order, restock and maintain accurate inventory levels for all necessary supplies stored in the equipment facility.
Mail packages by preparing shipments with requested supplies and equipment.
Determine the most cost-effective method of shipment and tracking shipped parcels.
Maintain accurate inventory databases and software as needed.
Tracks, unpacks, examines, repairs, and restocks incoming shipments of equipment and supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Assist Manager with monthly inventory reviews as directed
Assist with functional testing, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment prior to shipping to field.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Inventory asset management preferred.
Data Base experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to drive a vehicle.
Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle or feel objects.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to talk and hear to accurately exchange information.
Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Frequently required to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
