ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking an individual with experience in sales and the worker's compensation industry to join the team as a Regional Compliance Consultant.
The Regional Compliance Consultant identifies opportunities, seeks and engages new clients, develops new proposals and manages existing accounts. This position requires consistent contact with clients, maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations, utilizes time efficiently and travels on an as needed basis. Position works independently as well as with others to demonstrate and achieve superior customer service, market knowledge and strives to meet and exceed company's revenue objectives.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, actively promote services, gather and exchange information.
- Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organize and conduct client entertainment
- Inform clients of updates in regards to policy changes and services
- Assist in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely manner
- Evaluate the results of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to management
- Continuously analyze market and competition and identify external threats and opportunities; adapts sales strategy to changing conditions
- Provide weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed
- Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed; travel as necessary
- When necessary, assist with account collection activity
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of claims management relative to workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and disability preferred
Five years or more of outside sales experience preferred
Must hold a valid state Driver's License
Must be able to divide work requirements between 60% office time and 40% travel.

- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.
