Excel Impact has a brand-new, full-time Account Management position available in our Medina, OH, location. As an account manager, your core responsibility would be working with our clients on a variety of different tasks. Some of which will include; communicating with clients via email and phone, negotiate pricing structure with clients, running daily quality and performance reports, analyzing numbers and results, finding new potential clients, and assisting management in general day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day interactions with new and existing clients
- Communicate efficiently with colleagues, often via Slack
- Establish, structure, monitor, and negotiate product pricing
- Grow relationships and discover new opportunities with clients
- Ensure clients expectations are met and exceeded
- Monitor, analyze and suggest improvements within our marketing channels
- Research, evaluate and propose new opportunities to increase ROI
- Use several different online software platforms for day-to-day business
- Assist with the billing process and end-of-month invoicing

- An understanding of Google AdWords and Bing Ads experience is a plus

- BONUS: Prior experience with lead generation, reporting and analytics platforms, Salesforce, and customer relationship management experience
