Pay: Starting from $19 per hour, based on experience

We are Seeking: 

Excel Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Patient Representative join our dedicated front office team in our Bozeman clinic. Our desired candidate is fun and professional who will strive to provide a friendly and compassionate atmosphere for our clients and our fellow supportive team members while seeing that our busy office is a kind atmosphere, productive and organized. This role will work between Monday through Friday /- for lunch time, if preferred.

Job Duties:

• Greet Patients
• Answer phones
• Electronic Scheduling
• Data Entry
• Verify current personal and financial information
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records
• Verify insurance benefits
• Collecting money over the counter
• Faxing and filing and performing any other duties assigned
• Occasional light cleaning/ laundry

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Medical exp Preferred not required
• Outstanding teamwork skills 
•  Friendly, empathic, and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to navigate technology with computer skills and data entry
• Ability to preserve privacy and confidentiality
• Detail oriented, and time management skills with adaptability
• Must have the ability to prioritize and carry out assigned responsibilities
