JOIN OUR TEAM! We have multiple shifts open for Evening and Weekends skilled LPN's in the Binghamton Area. GREAT PAY!! You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients on a daily basis. To do well in this role you should have your state nursing license , compassion, strong work ethic and great communication skills .
LPN Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and evaluating direct nursing care of patients
- Transcribes physician’s orders and assist with medical rounds.
- Admissions
- Supports the efforts of other therapies by effectively carrying out restorative nursing measures established in conjunction with the respective therapies.
- Accurately documents observations and reports them to appropriate sources as indicated.
- Effectively applies comfort and safety measures to meet patient needs.
- Administers medications to patients according to established policy and procedure, including controlled substances.
LPN Requirements:
- Current State Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
