Job Posting for Director of Maintenance at Excelsior Care Group
We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and exceptional Assistant Director of Maintenance for our skilled nursing facility. We need a self-starter, skilled at communication, and someone who is a positive motivator.
As an Assistant Director of Maintenance, you are to:
- Assist in all aspects of Maintenance requested by the Director
- Assist in maintaining department operations and personnel
- Assist in inspecting equipment for performance, safety, and upkeep of the facility
- Assist in maintaining staff schedules
- Assist in maintaining records or all repairs, warranties, and inspections
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-year experience working at a skilled nursing facility as a Maintenance manager
- COVID-19 vaccination is required
