Job Posting for Senior Human Resources Specialist at Excelsior Care Group
Excelsior Care Group is actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The purpose of this position is to enhance the employee experience by ensuring employee centered programs and training are created, implemented, and carried out in all Excelsior facilities. The primary goal is to focus on educating employees, reducing turnover, and attracting talent.
Salary: $75,000- $90,000
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Coordinator Liaison
Work with HR Coordinators on creating an exciting and welcoming onboarding experience
Ensure that the onboarding program is always up to date, quarterly meetings with HR team to get their input and any new ideas for enhancing the program.
Follow up with HR team to make sure the onboarding program is being offered to all new hires.
Systems
Spearhead implementation of new HRIS system
Monitor usage by HR staff in the facilities to ensure they are using the system to its full capabilities.
Employee Engagement and Recognition - ensure facilities are utilizing the programs by conducting audits and creating follow up systems.
Excelsior Way Training Production Assistant -pretraining coordination and set up, ensure facilities have proper supplies, post visit follow ups.
Future Training Events (work with Regional HR Director and Regional Educator to create future employee training classes
Create a training tracking system for the facilities to ensure they are conducting all required training
Requirements:
At least 3 year of experience in HR or a similar role
COVID-19 vaccination is required
