ExecuSource has partnered with a reputable healthcare group in Smyrna, GA in the search for a Insurance Follow-Up Representative .
This role is 100% onsite in Smyrna and is a 6 month contract to hire position. The Insurance Follow-Up Representative plays a critical role in managing the revenue cycle at our healthcare facility.
This position involves thorough training on our revenue cycle management systems, claims follow-up protocols, HIPAA compliance, and payer rules.
The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and accurate resolution of outstanding claims.
What you get to do :
- Understand the CBO, meet the team, and learn about the assignment.
- Review and prioritize outstanding claims, document follow-up actions.
- Contact insurers to resolve claims, communicate with patients, and collaborate internally.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely claim resolution, escalate issues, and adhere to compliance rules.
