Direct Assistant to Principal Owner. Manage calendar, set appointments, seminar set up and support, follow up with insurance companies and client support. Candidate must be highly organized. Marketing/or accounting background preferred. Must be able to work on your own with little supervision. Must be proficient in working with Microsoft office with emphasis on basic excel, powerpoint presentations and word. There is no selling involved in this position. Position to begin January 3.
