What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Executive Construction Homes LLC?
Executive Construction Homes has an immediate opening for Builder/Residential Project Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing all construction activities in multiple assigned locations to ensure quality workmanship, timeliness project completion and profitability.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain schedules for each house
- Work with purchasing and management to resolve problems and coordinate activities
- Maintain budgets including variances and back charges
- Weekly site inspections to verify work progress, safety and workmanship meet Company Standards
- Complete timely inspections, update schedules and payment approvals within our system
- Develop and maintain trade partner relationships
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Provide feedback for improvements to processes and procedures
- Report material and delivery issues to purchasing and management
- Homeowner orientation
- Meet or exceed production and profitability goals.
Qualifications:
Experience with ECI software is preferred.
Able to proficiently use a tablet
Minimum of 2 year experience in construction project management, less experience will be strongly considered with a Construction Sciences background
At least 5 years experience in residential building project management of multiple projects and neighborhoods is preferred
Valid SC driver's license and able to drive to assigned job sites
Compensation Package:
$50K- $70K per year
