Administrative Services Manager
                            
ASSOCIATIONS: American Society for Mohs Histotechnology (ASMH) (75%), International Immunosuppression Skin Cancer Collaborative (ITSCC) (25%)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director, ACMS
DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
STATUS: Exempt (Minimum of 37.5 hours/week)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
As the Administrative Services Manager for ASMH, oversee all aspects of the organization, including administration, membership, marketing, training programs and on-site coordination for the annual meeting.

As the Administrative Services Manager for ITSSC, oversee administration, membership, board and committee meetings and events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (75%):
  • Administrative Services Manager ASMH
    • Serve as liaison with the ASMH Board of Directors.
    • Staff Board of Directors meetings and take and prepare appropriate meeting minutes.
    • Fulfill goals of ASMH strategic plan.
    • Develop comprehensive budgets for approval by the Board of Directors.
    • Oversee all ASMH educational opportunities, including Annual Meeting and Mohs Technician Quality Assurance (MTQA) Training Initiative.
    • Prepare meeting planning timelines in conjunction with the Program Committee. Administer scheduled projects.
    • Supervise speaker and chair invitations.
    • Supervise abstract submission process.
    • Supervise registration process.
    • Oversee membership application process and ensure that all applicants are qualified for membership.
    • Other duties as assigned.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (25%):
  • Administrative Services Manager ITSCC
    • Serve as liaison to the ITSCC Board of Directors.
    • Staff Board of Directors meetings and prepare appropriate minutes.
    • Oversee membership recruitment and retention.
    • Lead the planning and onsite coordination for the Annual Member Meeting and Biannual Scientific Symposium.
    • Assist members as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
AMOUNT OF TRAVEL REQUIRED: Approximately 3-4 weeks per year; evening / weekend work as needed for Board and Committee calls.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; High accuracy and attention-to-detail; Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills; MS Office and computer proficiency; 2-3 years experience in an office environment.
 
*This position is located in downtown Milwaukee, WI and dedicated weekly days in the office are a requirement of the role.
