Executive Doors is a small business that specializes in installation and servicing of automatic doors, sliders, overhead doors, and gates for both commercial and residential customers.
We are looking for an office manager to manage our office for our business in Grapevine TX.
The ideal candidate will possess strong, organizational, and customer service skills and having excellent communication skills and proficient computer skills are a must.
Duties include
- handling all incoming calls
- Invoice processing
- Creating quotes or estimates for jobs
- Administrative responsibilities including sending emails, creating letters, file managment, scanning, etc.
- Entering data and managing portals for various customers
- must all be able to relay accurate information to technicians about location, extent of damage, repairs needed, check in/out procedures
- Record the results of each service call via debrief notes, and following up with invoicing or estimates as needed
- Ordering of parts and coordinating deliveries
- Providing technicians with daily work schedule, adjusting when needed
- Other work duties as given by management
Be professional and established customer rapport, respond to customer request, resolving issues, and ensuring the company is providing the upmost customer service at all times
Needs to be highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities.
Need to be able to multi-task, with varying requests coming your way.
Strong, verbal and written communications
Will need to be on call - schedule to be provided.
