Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and background screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates & hiring managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
