Description

Summary: This position fulfills the data entry tasks for the incoming documents needing to be entered into our internal data base.

  1. Reviewing physical/ digital paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Ensuring case and job screen information are accurate for proper progress monitoring either with courts or service departments.
  3. Prepare documents for filing with courts where applicable.
  4. Prepare documents for service, mailing to sheriffs where applicable.
  5. Scan physical documents into our internal database when files are ready to be sent for service.
