Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and align recruiting strategies accordingly
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and educational institutions to tap into a diverse talent pool
- Develop and oversee internship and part-time programs by designing, implementing, and continuously improve the internship and part-time programs structure and curriculums
- Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Act as strategic partner, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and market trends
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
- Manage and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
- Utilize metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Create and review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements
- Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department)
- Assist with succession plans and internal promotion policies
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
- Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruitment Manager, or similar role
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Thorough knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum 7 years recruiting experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in a managerial or leadership role
