Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly make an impact on the mobile team and work with the larger product and engineering teams to deliver innovative and meaningful experiences, as a IOS engineer, you will be an integral part of our tight-knit group of dedicated problem solvers
- Deliver IOS mobile experiences that are accessible, performant, highly crafted and engaging.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the mobile experience is coherent
- Work with the product development teams in driving innovative solutions for both the client and back end
- Ensure all delivered user-facing elements follow accessibility and inclusivity standards defined by WCAG, ADA, and MAS as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of iOS development experience developing features and experiences for medium-to-large-scale applications
- 3 years of experience developing world-class applications using Swift and SwiftUI
- Experience building reusable SDKs or open-source projects
- Ability to write resilient code that leverages end-to-end and unit tests
- Design-driven with experience building with the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and best design practices
- Proficient in delivering accessible apps that leverage touch and spoken feedback
- Skilled in working with continuous integration platforms (Visual Studio App Center, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Strong cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior analytical abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn/grasp new ideas and concepts.
- Detail oriented, Hands-On, Comfortable “getting into the weeds”, Collaborative but Capable of functioning Independently.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work at a rapid pace and meet deadlines.
- Experience communicating with management teams at all levels.
- Initiative and creativity with a passion to deliver quality results.
- Ability to be onsite in Irving, Texas to support audit and compliance activities as need
BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the Company’s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Company policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.
