Job Responsibilities:

Job summary:

· Premier national law firm seeking Customer Service Associate for fast-paced, high volume Princeton, New Jersey office.

· Strong multi-functional: skilled in the mail, copy, and hospitality. Work closely with supervisor to provide high quality, fast turnaround on

projects, customer support.

· Reception back-up: excellent communication skills.

· Must be computer literate; also have USPS, and other couriers-FedEx, UPS, etc..

· Familiar with Pitney Bowes mail equipment and PSShip a plus.

· Day shift hours must be flexible... able to work OT when required...8:30 - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

· Perform multi-functional duties inclusive but not limited to Copy (hard copy as well as electronic printing), Mail (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.), back-up reception, and Hospitality support

· Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed

· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

· Operating mailing, copy or scanning equipment

· Shipping & Receiving

· Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

· Required Qualifications:

· Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)

· Experience running mail posting equipment a plus

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations

· Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned

· Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

· Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $23.60 per hour
