Job Description:
Family owned Remediation and Restoration Company in Long Island is seeking to hire a Executive Assistant/bookkeeper. This position will consist of tracking accounts payable and receivable, data entry, financial oversight, as well as, scheduling, reviewing and prioritizing tasks for executives.
Responsibilities:
- Importing data into Quickbooks
- Paying vendors
- Tracking payables and receivables
- Recording financial transactions
- Scheduling meetings
- Debt collection
- Organizing documents
- Performing administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- High level of integrity
- Organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Time management
- Quickbooks background a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Word

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
