Work location: U.S. Remote (Perm position)Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing and seeking to hire a Lead Recruiter to join our team and assist the EXL OSI Business Unit with their hiring efforts. We work closely with our stakeholders, from hiring managers to external networks and partners to provide an engaging recruitment and selection process delivering talent aligning with the needs of the business. This role will build strong relationships with hiring leaders; refine job descriptions and socialize through a variety of sources. Become part of a team that is stronger together. We work hard, we find the unfindable and play an integral role in building a stronger EXL...together. Lead Recruiter Job Duties:• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. • Manages a personal requisition workload while also providing guidance to business unit recruiters on recruitment hiring processes and leads by example • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements using job sites such as Indeed. • Arranges leadership level interviews by coordinating schedules • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. • Develop strong sourcing strategies to find the unfindable Corporate Social ResponsibilityA socially and environmentally conscious corporate organization, the EXL family understands its larger responsibilities towards employees, clients, investors and the society.
