We're seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator's duties will include:
- Assist with design and development of detailed strategic plan for outcomes focused wellness and productivity management programs
- Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenges) and health coaching
- Work collaboratively with internal and external program stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects simultaneously
- Track and measure program outcomes and communicate results to key stakeholders
- Facilitate periodic Learning Events, Flu Shots, Screenings and Health Fairs
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter
- Support and guide the offshore nutrition and healthy meal program
- Participate in the Corp Health and Medical Wellness Network
- Lead “Healthy You” and Health Rewards program deployment in the business unit
- Reengage and facilitate Gulf of Mexico Health and Wellness Champions Network
- POC with American Heart Association to coordinate events aligned with cardiovascular health events
- Create and manage overall plan including health education, nutrition, fitness components while integrating Health and Medical elements
- Information tables, external events etc.
- Work collaboratively with Corporate Affairs on Community events related to Health and Wellness
- Work collaboratively with Wellness & Productivity Advisor designated for business unit
- Attended health related community outreach events sponsored by Corporate Affairs
- Travel to field sites, offshore assets, and other possible locations 25% of the time
The Ideal Candidate would have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion or a Wellness related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or group wellness program management
- Master's Degree preferred
- A background in nutrition preferred
- HUET training (helicopter underwater evacuation training) and a valid TWIC card will be required once hired. The training will happen once hired into the position
- Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and presentation skills required
- Proficient in technology applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
