Technical Product Manager III
As a Technical Product Manager III in Partner Success team, you'll manage platform and product customizations requested by the partners in the B2B division of Expedia Group. This includes partnering with product and sales teams, analyzing partners requirements, and defining use cases and system interactions, and timely & effective communication to stakeholders. You are not only a technology enthusiast but also an expert agile practitioner.

What you'll do:
Collaborate across product and sales teams, platform teams, development teams, and other stakeholders to understand and document requirements and help design thoughtful technical solutions that create value for our partners and their travelers
Clarify, prioritize, and drive project commitments and establish clear lines of accountability
Identify and recommend approach towards implementing a custom vs standard solution as part of the platform or product
Manage technical product delivery for multi-functional projects, including active risk mitigation, status updates to multiple audiences, trade-off management, and facilitation of planning and governance activities with team
Seek and implement continuous improvements into all project processes, including agile development methodologies, to empower teams and measure progress
Lead communications and relationships across your team and with stakeholders within and outside Partner Success team
Cultivate a collaborative team environment, setting an example for other Technical Product Managers and delivery teams
Who you are:
Bachelor’s or Master's in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineering or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
3 years in a comparable role
High degree of competency on leading software projects including: running multiple workstreams, issue/risk identification, tracking dependencies and achievements while bringing all parties together
Proficiency in creatively solving meaningful business and technology problems that impact our partners
Experience with software development processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment) is critical in this role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present technical information clearly to a diverse audience
