Job Description
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Common mission: Align with product and geography to grow, support and protect the network
RESPONSIBILITIES – LEADS: Activities which the I&T specialist directly controls. Impact on one or more company mission areas: (Employees, Service Provider, Profit, Customer, Compliance). The I&T specialist is responsible for communicating their metrics on a monthly basis
For each responsibility, include the mission area, who/what, the target metric and how it is measured (including system and frequency)
Owns:
- Branch Infrastructure and technology
- Adherence to Company’s policies and procedures as they relate to IT
- Branch cybersecurity & access control
- Asset Management & Procurement as it pertains to IT assets
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Infrastructure and Technology
Teaches:
- Branch staff on policies and procedures around security and protecting our IT assets
Creates and/or Implements:
- Technology changes to drive efficiency with the IT staff and user group.
- Disaster Recovery and High Availability plan for systems
- IT budget and procurement
- Technology Solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES – SUPPORTS: Define the items that are supportive in nature and on demand. Primarily engaged via internal stakeholder pull.

- GEO I&T collaborative initiative
Acts as subject matter expert:
- Disaster Recovery of systems
- Policies and Procedures around IT – Cybersecurity, Network, Infrastructure
- Automation & Innovation
Monitors:
- Systems downtime
- Resource Utilization
- Service Desk queues
Qualifications
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Training Requirements
- 52 hours of training per year
- Exploratory training on new / emerging technologies
Education and Experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
- IT Certifications considered a plus: CompTia, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Linux
