Experian’s Oxygen software framework links financial behavior data at massive scale to enable consumers across the globe access credit. Oxygen’s high throughput and high frequency pipelines ingest billions of data events every hour to generate behavioral states and financial risk scores. As Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer for Oxygen, you will have the opportunity to drive strategy and roadmap for a product that will positively impact the financial lives of people across the globe.
- Develop deep knowledge of Oxygen vision and strategy and help drive Oxygen roadmap going forward; The Oxygen Software Framework enables Experian businesses across geographies and market verticals deploy data platforms at scale
- Partner with product managers in Credit, Marketing, Decision Analytics, and Health to identify market gaps and opportunities, pain points and cost drivers, and maintain product backlog of feature functionality requests
- Partner with Oxygen Engineering, Data Science and Customer Engagement teams to ideate ways of addressing gaps and requests through Oxygen feature functionality and plan release priorities
- Work closely with Oxygen Engagement leads to gain insights into the dynamics and requirements of ongoing customer engagements, evangelize Oxygen roadmap, and provide thought leadership on customers’ Oxygen deployment architecture
- Drive Oxygen platform training programs for distinct user groups – architects, business analysts and data operations
- Drive all product feature communications and documentation meant for distinct user groups
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / quantitative discipline
- 4 years of experience in a product management role
- 10 years of experience working with products in the data engineering space – prior experience as Architect or Software Engineer in the data space will be extremely valuable as Oxygen is targeted at this audience
- In-depth knowledge of the big data product ecosystem
- Strategic thinker who can understand market forces, analyze market dynamics and ideate product market fit
- Self-starter and fast learner who can hit the ground running quickly
- Experience leading and influencing through cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator and collaborator
