Job Description
· Collect and consolidate business requirements (conduct business and technology workshops), design and align business process and validation across products and functions related to Global Data Model program
· Responsible for facilitation and harvesting core business needs, enabling translation, visualization and development of high-quality technology/application solutions
· Assist with defining, developing, and managing a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Business Partners
· Validates implementation of the solution, organizing and participating pilot, testing, production/adoption campaigns in collaboration with Business and CIS Global Technology Team
· Contribute to acculturation of Collective IQ initiatives, conduct change management activities, and assist with application training and continued adoption
· Ability to create and provide Executive Level presentations, communication plans, including video content and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, and/or related field preferred
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as a project manager, agile/scrum, and/or product management
· Past experience in a global or multinational enterprise environment, and able to work in a matrix organization
· Proven experience participating in agile development projects for enterprise-level systems component design and implementation
· Understanding and application of enterprise software design for implementation of data services and middleware
· Thorough knowledge of IT Service Management, Agile and Change management standards
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Client-centric mindset to problem solving
- Servant leadership behavior
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
