Job Purpose

Work closely together with Business Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners and Business Partners, ensuring scheduling alignment for delivery of solutions within the wider release schedule. Lead daily stand-ups with delivery teams and effectively manage expectations of Business Stakeholders. Lead Technical Design Workshops and Requirements Definition and Creation of specification through to sign off. Create Technical Requirements in line with allocated budget and encourage simple implementation and support. Provide expert product and technical advice and support throughout delivery cycle, resolves issues/provides insight and direction in deliveries. Provide Close Support for clients and Experian Project Management throughout delivery lifecycle. Help in the Sales Process providing Demonstrations / Presentations. To be recognized as the ‘technical solution expert’.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of solution architecture and integration specifications in line with industry standards.

• Development of interfaces and bespoke modules.

• Provide technical advice and support.

• Configure and install the Experian PowerCurve platform into our client and hosted environment.

• Creation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Assist Project Managers on assessing, planning and organizing project workload to meet project commitments within agreed timelines.

• Accountable for the quality of the project deliverables.

• Train, mentor or shadow members of the delivery time as required.

• Assist pre-sales with client facing technical presentations and workshops.

Qualifiche

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong (7 years) delivery or solutions experience.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Java Servlets, and Java Beans

• Experience with software design and application programming

• Strong presentation skills, (workshop, demonstrations, training)

• Advanced communication skills both written and oral

• Strong problem solving and investigation skills

• A teamwork focus, with a flexible, analytical and logical thinking approach

• Ability to build and maintain solid long-term relationships

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of two programming/scripting languages and recent experience with at least one, among Java, Groovy, PL/SQL, T-SQL

• Operating systems: Windows, Linux (RHEL, CentOS) & Virtualization

• Database: Oracle and/or SQL server

• Application Servers: Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, WildFly

• Networking: Firewalls, WAF, SSL, ALB’s NLB’s

• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP, • Web Services (SOAP and REST), REST/XML/JSON/JWT

• Web technologies – HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, Wicket

• Concepts of continuous integration, automated testing and other automation framework, (Ansible, Jenkins)

• Experience in Technical development, solution architecture and infrastructure definition

• Able to understand complex data flows through enterprise-grade solutions, • Able to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations

• Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications and technology and security.

• English fluent
