Experiential is opening an exciting new client initiative focused on creating hands-on community outreach events. Our focus on team collaboration has allowed us to exceed all of our expectations in 2023. To assist with launching a brand-new campaign, we are looking for a customer-centric team player to join our community outreach team.
Experiential is on the lookout for a Manager Trainee to assist with all community outreach initiatives. The Manager Trainee will work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase our client's visibility within the surrounding community. The Manager Trainee should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this exciting role. The Manager Trainee will be required to complete an accelerated training program that requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.
Duties of the Manager Trainee:
- Constructive participation in campaign development discussions
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies through direct interactions with customers
- Setting and meeting targets with mentors and management staff
- Managing representatives and business protocol
- Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners
- Uphold brand representation and perception according to set standards and client expectations
Manager Trainee Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Experience of 1-3 years within marketing, sales, leadership or outreach activities
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience preparing presentations or pr
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
