Location: Charlotte, NC (Initially Remote)
Duration: 18-24 months
Position Summary
- Agile coach position to support existing and new agile teams across Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology. The Agile Coach is the person who is responsible for creating and improving these agile processes by:
- Working with project, program, and portfolio teams to analyze current processes and provide guidance on the adoption of agile best practices
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
- Lead agile workshops, and assessments for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
- Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure the adoption of best practices from top-down.
- Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams
- Experience in building and executing Agile transformation. Should have performed at least one end-to-end transformation.

- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
- -Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Experience in sustaining and scaling Agile Communities of Practices and participates in the Agile Center of Excellence.
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Experience in creating and delivering training content in a simple interactive manner for various roles in Scrum, XP, and SAFe.
- Should be a hands passionate team player that can work at all levels across the organization.
- Experienced in launching ARTS, Training teams, Coach ART execution.
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong leader, educator, coach, and problem solver.
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Horizon tooling experience (JIRA, CICD Tooling, etc.)
- Scrum Coach certification
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience coaching at large organizations (preferably Banking) or Fortune 500 companies
