Work within the unclaimed property on the Service Delivery team - responding to customer emails / internal emails to help support unclaimed property issues. Comprehend customer inquiries, asking customers to complete tasks to retrieve their property through the correct channels.
- Not customer facing - you will not have to be on the phone with customers
- Work with personal assets that come into the bank and supporting customers on how to resolve issues with there unclaimed property.
- Categorize and document case details to support the operations of the Unclaimed Property Service Delivery Team
- Respond to customer or line of business email inquiries and escalations within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes while meeting the highest level of accuracy.
- Conduct basic research by accessing multiple systems of records and collaborating with other Unclaimed Property teams.
- Experience working in an email production support environment
- Understanding and knowledge of Unclaimed Property
- Case workflow management experiance / Case Management - written communication to customers
- Has worked within customer services
- PEGA case workflow exp - system the team uses
- Great written communication, great organizational experiance.
- Has exp with email communication to connect with customers
- Looking for candidates that enjoy doing research and have a proactive nature- review cases, understand cases, access records of cases to drive resolution
- Banking background - Understands general banking Ex. Understanding different accounts, checks, etc
- Background as a Teller or similar banking/loan environemnt
