Title: DocuSign BA

Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Chandler, AZ / Des Moines, IA

Duration: 12 Month Contract with possible extension

Job Summary:

• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate


• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance


• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations


• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans


• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives


• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


• Partner with the Lead Consultant or Solution Architect and Product Manager to build clear requirements and support the development of a DocuSign CLM strategy for each engagement


• Participate in/lead portions of kickoff sessions, discovery workshops, and attend meetings with audiences of varying size and complexity and capture business process information, project details, and technical requirements, capture gaps and pain points of the customers


• Configure and implement solutions using DocuSign CLM. A deep understanding of the CLM software functionality is key, and the CLM and Analytics Model Specialist should be fluent in DocuSign CLM system features and capabilities


• Perform business process modeling, workflow diagrams, template deconstruction and merge field mapping


• Create test cases and conduct unit and smoke testing of end-to-end solutions


• Manage issues during UAT periods and remediate issues as needed


• Develop training materials that reflect the solutions including admin and train the trainer materials


• Provide excellent customer service communicating a positive, professional attitude


• Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership in the CLaIM department

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Preferably J.D. or paralegal certificate


• Experience in using contract analytics technology (e.g. DocuSign Insight/Seal Software, Kira, Evisort, Eigen Technologies, etc.)


• Experience in using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM/SpringCM, Icertis, Ironclad, Conga, Evisort, SironLabs/Sirion One, etc)


• Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills and a teamwork approach to assignments


• Technical acumen and familiarity with electronic discovery "predictive coding" technologies, including but not limited to Relativity Assisted Review (RAR), Catalyst, Ringtail, or other applicable technologies.


• Enjoys working with others in a dynamic team environment


• Ability to function as member of service delivery team


• Experience managing service delivery personnel strongly preferred
