IT Project Manager
The Open Banking Channel Sr. Delivery Lead is responsible for leading critical initiatives across multiple projects in partnership with Open Banking tech leads, infrastructure teams, line of business partners, application teams, and 3rd party Fintech partners to ensure the Open Banking Channel growth is proactively managed through ongoing product improvements and expansion efforts. The role will be responsibile to help define scope and release cadence and to develop project plans to execute design, development, and testing within schedule and budget constraints, provide accurate and timely status updates, document risks and risk mitigation plans, and coordinate/facilitate routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. The Sr. Delivery Lead must also posess a strong technical acumen to facilitate collaboration with architects and developers and understand the risk and audit routines within the bank to ensure compliance.

A Sr. Delivery Lead will assume duties including but not limited to:
-Strong strategic thinker and the proven ability to execute.
-Superior communication and relationship management skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levels.
-Experience successfully implementing multi-project / multi-year Agile programs.
-Strong technical background, preferably with an understanding of API's, OAuth 2 authorization framwork, gateway technologies.
-Solid understanding of FDX API standards and the U.S. Data Access Networks in play for secure data exchange with Financial Institutions.
-Work with Line of Business and Technology partners to align and document technical requirements in support of design deliverables from architects.
-Acts as a program subject matter expert to support delivery deadlines, governance routines, cross project dependencies and budget.
-Ability to engage with Risk and Audit partners effectively and maintain full transparency on all project deliverables.
-Support of program management tools and techniques in alignment with the bank's Enterprise Change Framework to manage scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.
-Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in related field and minimum of 7 years experience in a Technical Program Delivery role with matrix managed teams.
