Job Description
Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is hiring a Network Engineer! This is a 3-month contract opportunity with benefits including vacation, paid holidays, and continuing education. This role is REMOTE anywhere in the US.
What you'll do:
- Respond to trouble tickets and support room requests to triage, root cause, resolve and document technical systems issues across network access: wired and wireless.
- Open cases and support creation of bugs/features as required.
- Execute infrastructure change requests including network.
- Access configuration, policy, wireless and image upgrade.
Who you are:
- 5-10 years of experience in network operations.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring technologies such as Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes, etc.
- Experience with JIRA ticketing systems.
- Experience with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE.
- Experience with network security / AAA (e.g. RADIUS, 802.1X/EAP, TrustSec, certificates, etc.)
- Very Strong troubleshooting skills.
