Childcare Manager / Project Coordinator

Onsite in Jefferson City, MO, or Remote Open office environment - may be required to attend meetings
3-month contract position
Hours: 40/wk
Pay: $28 - $30/hr.
Position Overview:
Over the course of the project, the Project Coordinator will ensure all aspects of a project are dully attended to and completed at the right time, regardless of challenges that may be encountered. Carry out administrative duties by collecting & compiling data, arranging meetings, scheduling, hit deadlines, create presentations.
Position Duties:
- Coordinate and update comprehensive project plan ensuring that work is completed on schedule and within scope, escalating any issues
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Schedule and attend recurring project team meetings and publish relevant information
- Successfully collaborate with leaders from HR, Engineering & Maintenance, Operations, Finance, vendors, and local government
- Provide data analytics on current project as needed. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and shared appropriately
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience coordinating or managing projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated
- Creative & effective problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams internally & externally
- Ability to understand and consider financial scenarios
