We have a need for a senior level IT project manager for an internal/external initiative intended to force change in the world of pharmacy. Must have both business and technology project/program management experience:
Project Financial Management:

Required Certifications:
PMP or Scrum Certification (optional)
- Acts as a business and technical project manager partnering with the business and technical drivers to execute the assigned PM responsibilities on the program/project including schedule, scope, resources, financials, benefit tracking, enterprise dependencies (external and internal) and issue/risk management.
- Plans and implements multiple and extremely complex projects/programs spanning across business areas.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
- Determines key business issues and dependencies, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion.
- Facilitate all operational readiness (both technical and operational) activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
- Experience utilizing multiple software delivery methodologies, especially Agile methodologies and tools such as jira.
- Executive level communications and ability to synthesize information:
- Leads and facilitates executive and senior leadership meetings.
- Consults with all levels including senior management, make recommendations, and influence decision-making.
- Effectively maneuver through organizational dynamics and tailor approach to ensure optimal outcome.
- Continually update relevant business and technical stakeholders of project status and publish project status reports
- Develop project plans, RAAIDD logs and other required project management artifacts
- Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company
- Demonstrated leadership on large-scale enterprise-wide projects ($5M budgets):
- Partners with multiple delivery teams to influence and improve project-based activities. Leverages cross-functional internal and external relationships to drive assigned initiatives forward.
Project Financial Management:
- Actively manages project budgets including actuals reviews, monthly forecasting, investment summary submissions etc.
- Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Planview, or similar project management tools
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- Agile Experience - 2 Years minimum
- Case Management Experience - 3 years
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide projects (5M budget)
- Executive-level communication - Written and verbal
- Must have both business and technology project/program management experience.
