Recruiter

Expert Staffing is seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to run the day-to-day operations in Lowell, MA.

Staffing Specialists handle every aspect of a company's staffing needs. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining employees. They combine both recruiting and human resource functions to fully serve their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative recruiting strategies and networking activities to attract qualified candidates.
• Work in conjunction with the office team to fulfill all open requirements.
• Perform all necessary candidate screening to ensure their qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc.)
• Identify and participate in networking activities including participating in Job Fairs.
• Maintain all documentation in our system to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies
• Verification of weekly payroll for external staff, accuracy of client invoices.
• Collaborates with branch staff to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated; provides guidance and leadership
• Identifies training needs
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Participates in community activities to promote the organization.

Requirements:

• 1-3 yrs of high volume Staffing Experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential.
• Must be PC literate in a Windows environment including, MS Word, Outlook
