Overview
EXPLEO USA is looking for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and expanding team in Mobile, AL to support by coordinating, participating, and monitoring development activities, while being the interface of the various stakeholder departments.
Responsibilities:
- Work in interface with different departments (Engineering, Methods, Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Quality, etc.).
- Coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of business processes and practices.
- Development of key daily, weekly, and monthly key performance reports and indicators.
- Make a list of potential risks at the preliminary stage.
- Make sure all documents are up to date.
- Act as a sender from the start.
- Scheduling, Master Planning, and Change Management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent capabilities for analysis, planning, teamwork coordination, and problem solving.
- Excellent sense of organization and time management, and demonstrates autonomy.
- Demonstrated capacities for problem solving and decision-making.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Adaptable and able to work in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience in electrical engineering, mechanics, administration, or project management.
- Knowledge of MS Project or any other planning software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Planisware and Zoho a plus.
