Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering solutions that enable organizational changes necessary to deliver value to employees and customers.
- Collaborates with the development team, product stakeholders, and end-users to understand, manage and document business requirements
- Facilitates teamwork and seeks feedback from end-users and stakeholders
- The role is involved in complex business and technical domains.
- Understands business needs, constraints, and problems to identify solution options
- Documents and executes user story acceptance tests
- Provides user story and solution working closely with Agile team members
- Participates in backlog refinement
- Supports investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
- Provides quality assurance for solutions developed by the scrum team
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst/ Quality Analyst
- Experience with variety of software solutions and technical applications
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts
- Strong technical quality assurance skills and experience
- Proficiency writing SQL
