Trissential is currently seeking a Systems/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Denver. CO or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Designs, implements, analyzes and modifies systems for various applications.
- Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications.
- Responsible for interface problem solving.
- Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems.
- Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams.
- Define requirements and gather data and information to help grow our CMDB and application portfolio.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-7 years of experince as a BA with ServiceNow.
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile principals.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and Workflow management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- ServiceNow, familiarity with Jira platform. Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Project management experience.
- JR ServiceNow development type experience.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) certification.
- Relevant certifications, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), are advantageous.
