· Experience –Less than 1 year LPN
· FL active license required.
General Certification:
· BLS/BCLS

Pay Rate:
Hourly: $34/hr. All-Inclusive. || $1,224 weekly gross.
Nontaxable Stipend:- $15.56/hr. || $560 weekly.
Taxable(W2):- $18.44/hr.
OT Rate: 1.5 times of the w2(Overtime Starts After: 40)
Holiday Rate: 1.5 times of the w2
Call Rate: 1.5 times of the w2
