We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will be based out of our corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas.
Summary
Responsible for sourcing and screening talented hospitality management candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must be organized, ambitious and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be a strong team player working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Able to manage the hiring process from start to finish, including posting job openings, both internally and externally, screening resumes, conducting interviews and orchestrating follow-up interviews with various members of the management team
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Must possess a sense of urgency when recruiting for various positions
- Must be able to work, full time, in our corporate office
- Must possess professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of recruiting for management level positions
