Expo Home Improvement is currently looking for a Sales Coach to help us to continue to grow! This position will be based out of our North TX office and is responsible for developing a successful sales team that is able to positively impact the company and our customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully assisting in management of the sales team
- Maintain company minimum performance expectations (MPE) on close rate and self-gen referral performance
- Maintain staffing level at market budget as directed by Director of sales
- High volume of ride-a-longs with sales associates to encourage and provide continuous training
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Provide ride-a-long discussion form for all rides
- Assist in motivating sales team
- Monitor the team’s appointment results and marketing opportunities
- Set work schedules and sales rep attendance/availability
- Review product offerings and provide continuous training
- Generate leads through previous clients, referrals, and canvassing
- Promote a culture of self-generated referral and combo selling in assigned market
- Communicate homeowner bids accurately and honestly
- Document and track all appointment results electronically
- Follow-up with customers and provide highest level of customer service
- Assist team with timely rescission saves
- Respond to all marketing opportunities in a timely manner
- Observance of Company Core Values and people first culture
- Assist in job audits and morning meetings
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum one (1) year of Sales experience in the Home remodeling industry
- Window and Bath replacement sales experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels in organization
- One-call close experience
- Must have high level of enthusiasm and be goal oriented
- Expert in presentation and negotiations
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrate people skills and ability to collaborate with others
- High technical capacity with various software programs
- Valid Driver’s License with clear driving record
PHISICAL DEMANDS:
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, poles, and the like
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- Ability to drive in all conditions
