Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated college student to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and offers the opportunity to work in various areas of marketing including social media management, content creation, and event planning. Responsibilities:
- Assist in content creation by developing engaging creative content for external use, social media channels and email campaigns. This includes writing, designing graphics and producing videos.
- Help manage and grow our social media presence. This includes monitoring analytics and internal reporting.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing events such as webinars, trade shows and promotional events. Tasks may include logistics, creating promotional materials and assisting with on-site management.
- Keep track of and report on progress of marketing efforts.
- Research and follow industry trends and news.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in marketing and business
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
