Sales Representative (No Cold Calling)
Job Purpose
ExPrep is a team comprised of passionate individuals looking to make a difference while having some fun along the way.
You will be focused on expanding the sales pipeline predominantly through email outreach. This is an opportunity for a sales representative to impact the direction of online education and grow within a fast-paced EdTech company.
Position Role
A Sales Rep at ExPrep is a vital part to our economic engine. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to academic professionals to schedule meetings and demonstrations of company services.
Responsibilities / Key Duties
- Coordinate outbound sales efforts
- Schedule demos with academic institutions and professionals
- Email communication with potential opportunities to fill the sales pipeline
- Maintain and expand company database to maximize outreach
- Document all sales notes and activity in Customer Relationship Management system
- Assist in the creation of outbound materials and scripts.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-3 years in outbound sales
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (i.e. Salesforce/Hubspot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills is a plus
- Email marketing is a plus
- Experience working with or in higher education is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outbound sales: 1 year (Preferred)
