Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Great visitors
Assist applicants with the application process
Administer employment forms and skills evaluations
Enter applicant data into proprietary system
Perform reference checks
Source candidates
Prepare payroll and track attendance
List available jobs on online job boards
Requirements, Experience & Education
Customer service or front office experience
Understanding of common business practices and procedures
Ability to handle multiple phone lines while multi-tasking
Previous payroll experience a plus
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
