Responsibilities/Job Duties for Manufacturing Custodian:
- Maintain cleanliness throughout shop by cleaning, sweeping, and operating floor scrubber (as needed) around all equipment
- Collect and dump all chip hoppers using a forklift to deposit into chip dumpster
- Wipe down selected CNC Machines (top and sides) and monitor coolants levels and overflow pans. Empty as necessary.
- Remove all trashf from facility
- Wash down all bathroom floors and walls with bleach water daily
- Clean office areas on weekends
Qualifications/Skills for Manufacturing Custodian:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of custodial/janitor experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous tool and die experience a plus!
